How it works

Four stages, with a genuine stop point after each

You can stop after discovery and take the assessment elsewhere. Several clients have.

  1. Scoping conversation

An hour, no charge. What you run now, what is not working, and whether one of our five platforms is genuinely the right answer. Sometimes it is not, and we say so.

  2. Discovery and fit assessment

A fixed-price piece of work producing a written assessment: what works as standard, what needs configuration, what needs building, and what you should change about the process instead. Yours whether or not you continue.

  3. Build and migrate

Reproducible environments, configuration against the assessment, and a migration with reconciliation evidence at every dry run.

  4. Go live, then run it

A planned cutover with a rollback position and a defined hypercare period. Then managed hosting and support, or a handover to your team with the runbooks.

The commercial model

You own it. All of it.

We have never invoiced a client for a software licence, and the company has no mechanism to. The platforms are open source and cost nothing. We charge for deployment, support and hosting — which means we have no reason to recommend a bigger edition than you need.

Your configuration, your data, and any extension we write are yours outright, in your repository, from the first commit.

Talk to someone who will tell you if it is a bad fit

A scoping conversation, not a sales call. We will tell you what the platform does today, what it would cost, and where the risk sits.
