What we charge, in full

Our rates do not vary by how large your organisation looks, so there is no reason not to publish them. Everything on this page is effective from 1 January 2026 and excludes VAT.

The software itself costs nothing

ERPNext, Grafana, Mattermost, Twenty and Umbraco are open-source projects under their own licences. You obtain them directly, at no cost. No figure on this page is a licence fee — we have never invoiced one and the company has no mechanism to. What follows is the cost of delivering and running the platform properly.

This is not a quote

The variance within each band is large, and migration in particular is estimated only after we have profiled your source data. Anyone quoting a migration before reading the data is guessing. Use these to sanity-check a budget, not to build one.

Support & maintenance

Three tiers, priced per platform per year

We commit to responding within the target with a named engineer engaged. We do not commit to a fix time, because the cause may sit upstream in code we do not control.

Questions

About our pricing

What does the software itself cost?

Nothing. ERPNext, Grafana, Mattermost, Twenty and Umbraco are open-source projects under their own licences. You obtain them directly, at no cost, and no part of the figures on this page is a licence fee. We have never invoiced a client for one and the company has no mechanism to.

Why publish rates at all? Nobody else does.

Because the alternative is a discovery call whose real purpose is working out what you will pay. Our rates do not vary by how large your organisation looks. Publishing them means the first conversation can be about whether we are a fit.

Are the sizing figures a quote?

No, and they are labelled as such. They are qualification aids drawn from completed engagements. The variance within each band is large, and migration in particular is estimated only after we have profiled your source data.

Do you discount?

Up to 10% on day rates for engagements above 40 days. Support and hosting are not discounted below 10% in a first term. Beyond 18% needs director approval and is not available on a first engagement. Our rates are set to be sustainable rather than as an opening position.

What is not on this page?

Third-party costs we pass through at cost: cloud infrastructure when hosted in our account, and any commercial add-on you choose to buy directly from an upstream vendor. Both are itemised separately and neither carries a margin.

Want a number for your situation?

Tell us what you are running and what you need it to do. We will give you a range and the specific things that would move it.
